Natalie Anderson is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, a Diplomate of the Academy of Cognitive and Behavioral Therapies, and a Board-Certified Clinical Art Therapist. Her calm presence provides steady ground for others in times of challenge, and she works with each client to develop a personalized treatment plan that promotes strength and wellbeing. She utilizes a unique blend of cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and where appropriate art therapy to encourage, nurture, and cultivate psychological health and growth. She has considerable experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and families.

Natalie is experienced in working with children with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Disruptive Behavior Disorders, Autism Spectrum Disorders, helping them to succeed at home, in social relationships, and in educational settings. Natalie specializes in helping children and adults with depressive and anxiety disorders, including social anxiety, insomnia, panic disorder, OCD, relational difficulties. and managing and finding growth in life transitions.

Natalie Anderson is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Board-Certified Clinical Art Therapist. She is a Diplomate of the Academy of Cognitive Therapy and has specialized training in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Applied Behavioral Analysis for Autism Spectrum. Natalie has worked extensively with children and families and has worked as a clinical supervisor. She has taught at the university level and is an honorary lifetime member and former president of the Southern California Art Therapy Association.
